Intrigue Gymnastics would like to welcome you to Nashville Nights! Nashville Nights is a gymnastics meet for USAG Levels 1-10 and all XCEL levels. Please read the info on this page thoroughly and revisit this page often for updates as they become available.

PARKING:
There are options for valet and self-parking available at Opryland. There is also an option for FREE parking at the back of the Opry Mills mall parking lot, where you'll be able to take a walkway over to the Opryland property! Nashville locals, the meet is in "the Ice Building." Click here for a helpful video for parking in the free lot.
If you're staying at Opryland, go to the D3 elevator by the Delta Portico then walk outside. Head to the green awning and take the short walk to the Gaylord Opryland Events Center building. Follow the balloons and signs!
CONCESSIONS:
There are countless delicious food options, restaurants, shops, and markets in the Opryland hotel, but please note-- there are only very limited concessions in the actual competition building - CASH PREFERRED. We also invite you to bring snacks, drinks, etc. with you to the meet!
AWARDS, VENDORS, APPAREL, & GYMNAST GIFTS:
Awards and our wonderful apparel vendor Busy Bodies, as well as additional vendors, will be over inside the hotel/convention center - Stay tuned for the specific room number. Click here for a helpful video about getting to awards from the meet venue. Follow the balloons and signs once you walk into the hotel at the Delta Portico or ask a member of our staff for directions. We're happy to help!
BOTH GYMS / FLIGHT A & B:
All gymnasts, parents, and coaches will enter through the main front door to the GOEC (Gaylord Opryland Events Center building). Once you walk in, the one gym will be on the left and the other will be on the right.

WEATHER NOTE:
Although we say snow is fairly rare in middle TN, Mother Nature has in fact greeted us with some epic snowfall in the past during Nashville Nights. Please keep in mind that the competition will run rain, snow, or shine.
VENUE - GAYLORD OPRYLAND EVENTS CENTER
Expect an extraordinary experience at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center! At Opryland, you'll find beautiful atriums, waterfalls, shopping, an indoor water park, and dining right under one roof, plus you'll also be able to explore nearby attractions including the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the General Jackson Showboat, and so much more!
Competition will take place on the property at the Gaylord Opryland Events Center building. This is a standalone building. Awards will take place back over inside the hotel/convention center. Our wonderful vendors, apparel, etc. are in the awards room over there, too. To download a resort map, click here.
Please note that the entire Opryland property is VERY BIG (and beautiful) so allow yourself PLENTY of time to drive/walk around the resort and to the meet. Wear your comfy shoes! ;)
Opryland is a short 15-minute drive (or Uber/Lyft!) from Nashville's famous Broadway if you want to check out all the great sights & sounds that downtown Music City has to offer!
REGISTRATION
In a RECORD amount of time (20 minutes!!?!) Nashville Nights 2024 sold out! Coaches, the ONLY way to guarantee your team's spot each year is to make sure that ONLY if you're registered through USAG, we need a check for FULL payment by the payment deadline (stay tuned for 2025 dates). Paper registrations and/or deposits WILL NOT be accepted. USAG registration has to be done first! We're completely blown away by the response to our meet & cannot even begin to express the gratitude for all of the amazing people who make our meet so special! We love our gymnastics community so much and wish we could have everyone here in Nashville at the meet!
Coaches, after you've registered through USAG for the meet, checks for FULL payment must be made out to Intrigue Gymnastics and received by the payment deadline. The deadline for 2025 meet payments will be posted as soon as possible. Payment needs to be mailed to:

LEVEL CHANGES / SCRATCHES:
After USAG registration is closed, all waitlist requests/level changes/scratches must be emailed to taylor@meetauthority.com as soon as possible.
MEET SCHEDULE
The schedule, equipment, and scoring for Nashville Nights are provided by Meet Authority Productions.
The 2025 travel schedule and final schedule will be posted as soon as possible after registration is closed. Please check back often for updates.
If the meet is running ahead of schedule, sessions CAN start up to 30 min. early with the exception of the 1st session of the day. Starting rotations are subject to change right up until the Coaches Meeting at the beginning of each session, so they will NOT be printed beforehand. We love to save paper when we can! Parents, your child's coach will be able to let you know what event they start on when you arrive at the meet and can confirm it's finalized after the Coaches Meeting during your session. Your gymnasts will check in with their coach-- there is no athlete check-in.
As always, please be patient and kind at Nashville Nights. Our staff/volunteers will do anything they can to make things easy for you while you're here. We are very grateful the opportunity to host this event to let these girls show off all the hard work they put in year after year!
