ATTN: Nashville Nights 2021
300 N. Maple St., Lebanon, TN 37090
Venue - Gaylord Opryland Resort
Expect an extraordinary experience at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center! At Opryland, you'll find beautiful atriums, waterfalls, shopping, an indoor water park, and dining right under one roof, plus you'll also be able to explore nearby attractions including the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the General Jackson Showboat, and so much more! Businesses, restaurants, etc. are all operating at limited capacity so please keep that in mind. And while the meet capacity is VERY limited (see below) we invite you to still bring the entire family to Nashville for a weekend getaway!
The entire meet is located at the resort in the Convention Center - Ryman Exhibit Hall C1 & C2. Follow signs to enter through the Purple Gym entrance or the Gold Gym entrance depending on which gym your child is competing in - this is noted on the schedule or your child's coach can tell you which gym your child competes in.
Please note that Opryland is VERY BIG (and beautiful!) so be sure to allow yourself PLENTY of time to walk through to the Convention Center - Ryman Exhibit Hall C1 & C2! Wear your comfy shoes ;) There are valet & paid parking options onsite & even an option for FREE parking at the back of the Opry Mills Mall parking lot next door to the resort. If you park in the back closest to Opryland, there's a little walkway over to the hotel.
Opryland is a short 15-minute drive (or Uber/Lyft!) from Nashville's famous Broadway if you want to check out all the great sights & sounds that downtown Music City has to offer!
Schedule & Covid-19 Regulations
Competition will run through Monday (President's Day) in order to keep our sessions small.
Starting rotations are subject to change until General Stretch begins, so they will not be posted online. Parents, your child's coach will be able to give you this info when you arrive at the meet. In an effort to go green, we will not have printed rotation sheets available at the admission tables - coaches will be able to confirm at the meet which event your team starts on.
Stay on the lookout for emails for coaches and parents with very specific information about Covid protocols and competition details.
As you all know, we find ourselves still in the midst of the Covid-19 era. As of right now, our venue has given us a 200 person per gym cap on the number of people we can have in the space at once. Therefore, ONE (1) SPECTATOR PER ATHLETE is all we can currently allow but this website will be updated ASAP with any changes to that number. Masks are required. The hotel is able to provide a wristband while you are onsite if you're unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons.
Check back frequently-- if we're given a green light on allowing more people we will! We appreciate you more than words can say for understanding that this is out of our control. We're willing to do whatever it takes to allow these girls to compete & are thrilled to allow them any opportunity put their hard work on display this season.
$25 Cash Only - Each athlete will have ONE (1) Spectator Pass available for purchase at the admissions table. You ARE able to "pass the pass" to different family members so you can take turns watching your athlete. Passes are good for ONE (1) session only!
Please look often for updates & again, we are so thankful for your grace through this unique time!
