PLEASE read the info on this page THOROUGHLY and be sure to keep an eye on this page frequently for meet updates!!!
We can't wait to see you at #NashvilleNights2021!
Venue - Gaylord Opryland Resort
Masks are required throughout the entire venue!
Expect an extraordinary experience at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center! At Opryland, you'll find beautiful atriums, waterfalls, shopping, an indoor water park, and dining right under one roof, plus you'll also be able to explore nearby attractions including the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the General Jackson Showboat, and so much more! Businesses, restaurants, etc. are all operating at limited capacity so please keep that in mind. We invite you to bring the entire family to Nashville for a weekend getaway!
The entire meet is located at the resort in the Convention Center - Ryman Exhibit Hall C1 & C2. Follow signs to enter through the Gold Gym (C1) entrance or the Purple Gym (C2) entrance depending on which gym your child is competing in - this is noted on the schedule or your child's coach can tell you which gym your child competes in. PARENTS, make sure you know this info before arriving so you know which admissions table to go to. Please ONLY use the marked entrances/exits.
Please note that Opryland is VERY BIG (and beautiful!) so be sure to allow yourself PLENTY of time to walk through to the Convention Center - Ryman Exhibit Hall C1 & C2! Wear your comfy shoes ;) There are valet & paid parking options onsite & even an option for FREE parking at the back of the Opry Mills Mall parking lot next door to the resort. If you park in the back closest to Opryland, there's a little walkway over to the hotel.
Opryland is a short 15-minute drive (or Uber/Lyft!) from Nashville's famous Broadway if you want to check out all the great sights & sounds that downtown Music City has to offer!
Schedule & Covid-19 Regulations
Equipment, scoring, and the schedule for Nashville Nights are provided by Meet Authority Productions.
The competition will not be cancelled due to the weather but PLEASE use your best discretion and BE CAREFUL!
Starting rotations are subject to change until General Stretch begins, so they will NOT be posted online. Parents, your child's coach will be able to give you this info when you arrive at the meet!
As you all know, we find ourselves still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Masks are required throughout the resort. The resort is able to provide a wristband while you are onsite if you're unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons.
$25 Cash Only - Passes are good for ONE (1) session only! Your pass will ONLY be good for the Gold Gym or Purple Gym so please know ahead of time which gym your child is competing in. You will also receive a $10 voucher to our apparel vendor with your admission ticket! Due to the number of scratches in Sunday & Monday’s competitions, athletes are allowed more than one spectator each so please bring your child's fan club!
Awards will be handed out at the end of the meet in the competition space. We will announce 1, 2 and 3 and give medals for the top 50%. The exits will be clearly marked and we will ask that you promptly leave the space at the completion of the session so we can clean and let the next group in.
In closing, PLEASE be patient and kind. Our staff/volunteers will do anything they can to make things easier for you. Please do not yell at them or be rude as we are only following the rules given to us. We are very grateful for you and the opportunity to host this event to let these girls show off all the hard work they've put in this year!
